Can't rename any existing folders, or can't name a folder when i create a new folder. Keep getting this error

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
I can't find anything like this in the M/S KBase. Just one that has to do with shared folders, which mine aren't.

do you have UAC disabled? If so thats your problem.

You've GOT to be joking. There is NO reason to deny the re-naming of folders when ":banana::banana::banana:ing retards using this computer" mode is off.

Maybe. Lately I've been having similar issues (UAC has been disabled from day one) where it won't let me see the control panel or go to windows update. It seems to happen randomly and I think it has something to to with the Nvidia drivers, but I also remember hearing reports of the latest security updates to the MS .Net systems causing "strange issues".

Well, can't elevate permissions without UAC
