I want buy this little monster to cool my new E6850, but i have a question about the installation in my case.
Can i install the heatsink with the motherboard tray out of the case? will touch with chassis when i put the motherboard tray inside the case?

^^ You can install it out of the Case.

No problems. My friend has 1, and it fits fine.

Just the Side Panel's, top left fan and fan casing has to go. :).
