Best game for the rest of 07?

What game are you looking forward to in the rest of 07 year? Is it Halo 3 or GTA something or rather what ever? PC /Xbox(&360)/ PS(1,2,3) /PSP /DS what ever and why plz.

For me it is Halo 3 but I don't even have a 360 yet :shakes: Might be what I need to push me to spend the cash if it is good I guess.

Starcraft 2 will not be out this year so i have to give it to Call of duty 4 with ther runner-up being assasin's creed.

call of duty4 looks cool i guess,hopefully they will have jets,choppers etc that u can actually fly like in battlefield 2.

UT3 definitely, can't ever get enough of this series. But Crysis may be fun while it lasts, but the lifelenght of that game will be short. Then there's so many other titles I look forward to I can't really say which I prefer more, but one thing's for sure 2nd half of 2007 will be a good time for PC gaming experience!

US, August 8, 2007 - Editor's Note: Though IGN played the COD4 beta for Xbox 360, Infinity Ward assured that the PC and PS3 multiplayer experience would be identical.

The team at Infinity Ward has been making high-caliber World War II games for many years now, dating back to when the group worked for 2015. From Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and on to the first two Call of Duty titles, Infinity Ward had WWII nailed. So when IW announced that Call of Duty 4 would tackle Modern Warfare, I was a little concerned. Why the hell would IW ditch the era it had mastered to tread where few had fared well?

One intrepid IGN editor traveled to the birthplace of mankind, Encino, California, to experience the upcoming Call of Duty 4 Xbox 360 multiplayer beta firsthand. Only by playing in IW's modern war setting could I possibly understand the decision to abandon World War II. Alongside me were Will Tuttle (who takes up desk space for TeamXbox), and Gerald Villoria and Bryn Williams of GameSpy fame (two editors for the price of one!). Five minutes into the online experience and it was clear why a modern setting was the only option for IW. Modern Warfare offers far more fun toys than stodgy old World War II. Bigger guns, bigger explosions, and a far deeper multiplayer were just a few of the perks earned by switching settings.

Four hours, three fire alarms, and many deaths later, the four of us exited Infinity Ward in agreement: Call of Duty 4 kicks some serious ****ing ass.

For stuff coming out this year, definitely Bioshock (IT'S GOLD NOW!!). Some of the other games people have mentioned won't be out this year. I seriously doubt Blizzard will release SC2 any time in the near future. Halo 3 should be out before Christmas, and I'm not much of a UT fan. I'm not sure on Hellgate, it should eke out before the year is over though. Unless a game's has reached gold, don't count on it being for sale anytime soon IMO.

What I really want is a CNC3 expansion, either to be that life saving adrenaline to the heart, or the silver bullet that puts me out of my misery.
