An electric tool with a rotating or oscillating soft pad.
You either polish them out or fill them.
No other solutions to scratches, except replacement.

A buffer/polisher will work with any material.

I've got a few scratches on my mp3 player's screen, it's a plastic cover with a mirror finish. Can I use a buffer/polisher on that or should I just lap it with 2000 grit sandpaper? I still need to see the screen though so a matte finish will ruin it. Thanks :D
