Help please,
The two screws holding the front USB port bracket to it's case look to me like Torx size T-10, but it doesn't fit. I have the center hole type so it's not because of the center pin. I'm stumped, but need to remove the bracket and fittings.
Does any one who's removed one know what fitting the two screws are?

I don't know what the correct torx size the screw head has, but a small flat blade driver will work perfectly if you use just the right size.

Yes?
Those aluminium screws have very soft heads.
I came close to stripping the head of one of the drive cage mounting screws and that was with the correct fitting phillips head.
That's why I've been making such an effort to ID the screw.
A flat head is a possibility but my plan B.
I'll keep on trying for Plan A - ID the head for a little longer. I've other work to finish. So my build isn't hanging on it yet.
T6 you need
I know from removing mine on my case!
Staineless steel is what the bolts are too

They are made of zinc plated steel not alu, so they're pretty hard. I've removed mine a heap of times without so much as a scratch. But Pete seems to know so go with a T6 to be on the safe side.
