Hi Guys,
I work for a company that has this device that outputs VGA that can be viewed on a monitor, but I need to find a card or device that will take in that VGA signal so a remote user can view the output with VNC. Does this kind of hardware exist?

There are VGA capture cards (http://www.pixelsmart.com/vga.html) and full KVM-over-IPs (http://www.realvnc.com/products/KVM-over-IP/).
Capture cards seem to have framerate issues and such - probably due to bus bandwidth - but should be enough for industrial use. KVM-over-IPs are nice, but a bit too much for a single device.
There are also always budget solutions like a VGA-to-svideo adapter (50e) and svideo-in/TV-in card (30e) which'd work fine for 640x480, but might be a bit too ghetto ;)
