How hard is it? for those that have shoved rads in the middle bay area? It seems to be riveted and I can't get my drill there.
-edit, btw I meant the external 3.5" not the easy to slide in and out ones =P

what kind of rad are you putting there?
in my case I just took the PA120.1 and slid it in on its side

A BIP, it is too big by like 2-3mm, which sux, I was also going to put my pump there though and the extra space would help. BTW can you post pix of the PA? I would have gotten the PA's but they are $$$$$$$ compared to these BIPs. I could have gotten close to 4 BIP for 1 PA120.1
It's pretty straightforward, if you read the worklog Gochinn done (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=93868&highlight=pa160+p180) he walks you through it. I used a dremel on mine, there's a couple of tabs on the side that needs to be cut away, I followed his instructions and got a PA160 in there no problem.

I've used the dremel to take the rivets' heads off with either a flexi shaft or right angle head. You can drill with them too but it's hard not to oscillate a bit and enlarge the hole.
The carving bits grind rivet heads at a slow controllable rate but drill (1/8th) any you can.
You'll need a dremel or something to cut away the bay anyway.

I did it yesterday, Used a full size drill and a small bit, smaller than needed, then I used some small cutters and chewed away slowly, came out clean. I then had to twist and bend it a bit but managed to pull it off withotu cutting anything, the bay bent easily back into shape. I did say P180, but its a 182, and the lower 5" bay isn't removable so no PA160 for me. I'm thinking of putting a PA120.3 up top, but to cut it I want to remove it. the problem I see there is the rivets holding the top are covered on one side by the black plastic cover.
