Well, that the name of the game. I wanted the cleanest, most elegant case/watercooling/power supply setup that I could get and afford. So, I chose the Lian Li V-2100B. This is the cleanest looking, most elegant case that I could find and still be in my price range and hold all my stuff. Here is my rig's new specs:

Case: Lian-Li V-2100B
Power supply: Thermaltake Toughpower 1200 Modular
Radiators: PA120.2(top), PA120.3(bottom)
Pumps: dual DDC2's with Petra's tops
CPU block: Swiftech Apogee GTX
NB Cooler: HR-05 SLI
SB Cooler: Enzotech low profile Copper(have a HR-05 but it wouldn't fit with my water cooled 1900xtx)
Ram cooler: OCZ XTC Cooler

All hardware is same as in sig.

I borrowed a few ideas from another 2100B build on here that I REALLY REALLY liked!

Anyways here are the pics:

HR-05 SLI where a regular HR-05 normally goes. Maybe when I get some new mounting clips I will try it. I wanted the sli on the chipset and regular on the southbridge but it was just too much in the way.

Dusty X1900XTX with clipped Swiftech vram sinks for previous orientation of waterblock.

As clean of a front panel and I could achieve. I LOVE Lian-Li accessories.

I have a few more pics uploaded if anyone wants to see them in my album on photobucket:

Wow, very professional looking, I like how you tried to keep the simple yet elegant design of the Lian Li intact. I also like the clear/silver/black color combo, looking to do something like this on a PC-7

Any help with a large temp delta from idle to load at 1.525 Volts in bios and 3.6Ghz? Idles at 33-35C and loads to 55C. Thanks for any help!! I have remounted a few times and only helped a bit.

Love how neat the pump installation is. The DDC has a lot going for it with multi-loop builds. Like how you've kept the drive rack too.
Of course, it looks smick too.

Yeh, I guess you could say that I "kept" the drive rack, haha. It and a lot of other stuff had to be ditched/moved in order for me to keep it intact. I like the blackness of the pumps, haha. I was going to try to get some alphacools and tie the two pumps together. But, this way they are in the background and even though they are really nice looking. It also hides the track of wiring needed for both(even though it is tied together and sleeved and you can't even see it, haha).

Yeah, I'm doing a dual v1000+ build myself atm. So I'm up to speed on all the ins and outs of the lower section of Lian-Li cases. I nearly sold my first v1000 and bought one of these. However in the end I decided to add a second as it gives so much flexibility for layout.
I've certainly thought through all the same issues as you. Which adds to my appreciation of the subtle shifts in placement.

You cut an access hole for the board 8-pin lead in the floor?

But, the short answer. Yeh I did cut a hole for the 8 pin and the 24 pin in the middle divider.

The leads on your Tough Power must be flexible.
There's no way the 8-pin on my Tagan would bend that tight at the end. It's two shielding clad leads going into the plug, that'd take six inches to bend 90 degrees! It's a meter long too.
Might have to get something less industrial strength, like the modular corsair 620. Don't generally like modular psu but probably necessary to control the nightmare I'll have otherwise.
Did you consider cutting rear block access holes, along with your lead management holes? It'd be nice to not have to pull the motherboard out to swap a block. Not sure if it'd cut away too much mounting board though, especially if I do the chipset block holes too.
If my build gets near your visual standard I'll be pleased, what ever happens.

Heh, they took some bending to get them in that position. If you notice the lack of space between the power supply and the middle divider you will also see that I had to unscrew the power supply to get the 8pin'r through the hole I made for it and then bend the wiring in order to connect it and back-feed the wiring. Then re-tighten the PSU.

ANP !!!

you should check out philcrack's water cooling setup (here and at effizienzgurus.de, the thread labelled wassherkuhlung, something like that, his name is xbox).

his lighting and tidiness is very, very inspiring. a must check.
