Aurora 570 has a lot more room in it. eg. You can fit an 8800 GTX in it.

The main differences are as follows; the 570 has a redesigned fascia with the power and rest buttons hidden behind the case door. There's an interchangeable side panel window/grille provided. And I think as someone else said it's bigger.
The 570's a better looker as well IMO, but that's all personal preference. Any specific questions, I have one sitting on my desk atm, so field 'em!

They're both good looking in any color. Seriously...

Are you using the stock fans? I heard they don't move much air. Have you made any modifications to the case to improve airflow? The hard drive cage blocks a lot of the air from the intake fan.

Actually, the stock fans are pretty decent. I'd say the 570 is a more watercooling-oriented case because of the huge amount of room and the ability to easily mount a 2-fan rad in it. Overall I like my 570, but the only gripe I have is the window is a bit warped, but I'm sure it was a 1 in a million thing, and all it takes is a $3 sheet of acrylic to fix anyways.
I'll also note that the 570 is the first case I've ever seen to totally perfect the tool less design.

Who needs a removable motherboard tray when you have that much room inside. Guess you could switch to the mesh sidepiece, it's nice they included both.

the 570 is biggger and more sexier. if you arent going to be running a 8800 i'd just get the normal Aurora, it's cheaper and still pretty nice.
