I've built PC's since the beginning, but never really OC'ed. I recently built a new system and felt the need to try my hand in OCing this round :) Just wondering if these SuperPI and Sandra times look about right to you guys? Apologies for the crappy jpg images. Specs are in sig.
BTW, the cpu temps are at load running Orthos. I get about 23/47c.

Surprising temps? You mean high or low?
I've tried 9x400 with 1.5v but I'd get BSOD after boot up. I'm scared to bump the voltage higher than that :) Is it safe to bump the voltage higher? Also, it seems like I can't get much higher FSB. I tried 450 but more BSOD. Also, you think I'm better off to bump the memory and loosen the timings? Where can I read about getting tighter timings? I don't understand all those numbers. Also, what the hell is strap change? All these new terms and so little time :)

well if ur happy with your overclock and are stable. you now can loosen the timings and continue to test to see how low u can go.
and 45c idle? @ 1.5vcore is not bad. keep it below 60c and youll be fine. you should be hitting 3.5ghz though..

45c is load temp. I idle at 23c. BTW, this is on Vista 64-bit.
So nobody really answered my question. Do these times for SuperPI and Sandra look about right? Thanks!
