All of my GPU console clients simply stopped working on all rigs? All X1950 Pro's were running fine, then I ran the SMP Clients, and now the GPU clients won't even start??? I can't seem to resolve this problem myself. Please help.:( :( :(

Need some more details here: Do you still have the SMP clients running? When you say the GPU clients won't even start, what is the error you are getting, or does it not even load?

SMP Clients not running. GPU client won't even run...Simply flashes on/off...I have even tried -config flag and still nada ???I have no idea how to remedy. I have even de-installed SMP and still no go???

My GPU client does exactly the same. I'm not running any other clients though.

My GPU client did the same when I shut it off and attempted to restart it. The error is "This beta client expired on July 2, 2007." Problem is, that was beta3 and the only one that Stanford has on their site is beta3 except for the GUI edition (which I do not want to run). So at the moment we have no GPU client! :(

Thnk the Lord for you SparkyJJO, I thought I was loosing my mind across 6 rigs? Sigh...You are a HERO, sved me again...So there is NO GPU client now? Just SMP client? I have 6 GPU's ready to run and semi cool weather too...frown.

OK here is the way to get it running again for now (found this info on the folding forums): Turn your computer date back to June 30th. Start the GPU client up. Put your computer date back to today. As long as you don't stop the client it will continue to work. I did this and mine is crunching again.

They are working on getting a new client released but they ran into some issues or something so it is a little delayed. The new client should be up on Stanford's download page soon once it is finished up.

Not sure what you mean sc00p, but my SMP clients work now, when I run them. I am mostly doing WCG at this time.

Ya I got this also. No way am i putting puter date back to 30th. Too many date depending things on it. When will it be fully resolved.,. ?

All the beta clients have three months max lifetime.

Didn't you check the "new GPU client released" thread I posted? ;)
