I would like to ask you guys some stuff.

1/ Sometimes I see a few ram brands state that they are using brainpower PCB, so what is it? and is it good? Comparing to 6-layer PCB, which one is better?
and by the way, 2/ Why do we have GREEN PCB and BLACK PCB? Which one is better and why?
Thanks.

Brainpower is a 4 layer PCB, cheap but generally regarded as good. A 6 layer PCB should in theory be better but the only manufacturer I've seen use them was Cellshock so IDK. The only black PCB I've seen is on Ballistix, It's a custom crucial made design. Honestly I seriously doubt it makes much difference to what overclocks you'll achieve, but the more layers the PCB is made with the higher voltage it should be able to take, but the IC's would probably crap out before you fry the PCB traces.

\/ He's right, and this is the wrong section.

Cellshock uses 8 layer, at least on PC1000/1066/1150 kits.

BrainPower makes many PCB's. They were first well known on DDR memory when they became famous when accompanied with Winbond BH die IC's. Brainpower PCB's that you see on DDR2 is 6-layer; I do not know if BP has an 8-layer PCB at this time, but I'd assume they do. BrainPower isn't always better than JEDEC or better than other third party PCB manufacturers. Every PCB has it's strengths and weaknesses.

You'll never notice the difference in the real world.
