Japanese team. They dominated the Grid.org project. They moved over to WCG after that project was completed.
Don't worry, they will stop crunching once they see their electricity bill. :D

This is the thread at WCG that Team 2ch posted when they introduced themselves to the community. Sorry, a lot of it is in Japanese.

The team leader had nice things to say about Dave. I guess he never spent an hour or four on the phone with him. ;)

as optimistic as i hope to be,
This is almost a serious lost cause, because they almost outnumber us 100 to 1.
At best, each of us is proabably 10x the average the person, so that number will be 10 to 1 for our average producers. Not counting our Top 10.
:|
Anyhow 1 team at a time i say, clubic should be our main focus atm.

Look at it this way, all we need to do is tripple our membership and then have everyone double their numbers. We should beat them in no time! ;)

if it only was that easy, we need at least 100 more dedicated nuts with 2 or 3 pcs and all our team to move up to quad cores in every machine and oc the hell out of them

well.... we just need to remember. this is a long term project. we can't expect to overtake #1 any time soon. but it will happen. our team's advantage is using the latest technology. the faster we see enhancements in tech, the faster we gain points. we'll soon be upgrading to quad cores, then 45nm quad cores, by early next year we'll probably see 4ghz quad cores. along with gaining new members along the way. ;) we'll get to #1.

Actually, all we would need, is 8 more crunchers like Victor.
Did you realize that if he was a team, he would be 10th in the dailies.

And 2ch has two teams folding = summed up total ~800 active folders (&~4300 total). Over 11 times actives compared to xs and output over 5 times LOL.

Heck one more Victor would be fantastic. To see his setup must be an amazing site.
