Can I add dry ice & alcohol into the reservoir?
Would dry ice cause clogging of the tubbing?
What insulation material can I wrap around the 150ml cylinder reservoir?
I have the EK-RES150 Multi-Option Reservoir. Is there a transparent insulation material that I can wrap around the reservoir?
I need to check the reservoir liquid level by visual inspection.

That depends on what temperature the alcohol freezes at. If it can stay liquid at about -78.5°c then it might work. For insulation just use closed cell armaflex or neoprene pipe insulation. On more awkward places just buy a sheet of 1/4" flat insulation and cut it in to the right shape(s).
if the loop is water-based, then no it wont work. The Dice will sublime immediately I *think* you might get a little fog but thats it.
alternative:
Get a copper coil and add it into the water tube chain. Put that into a small pan or a fair sized dish Add anti-freeze to the water then put Dice into the pan/dish. It might be overkill and freeze the water fairly quickly though.

If dry ice sublime, how can I get liquid to circulate in the tube?
If I don't use dry ice, can I use alcohol & antifreeze & small amount of water? will the temperature be a bit colder? I don't need the liquid to be bitterly cold. I want it to be just cool enough when system under heavy load. Cool = 10 degree celcius.

OH hell you can do that much easier. How much space do you have?
get a small deep freezer, fill it full of water, let it pull down to the temp you want, then run the computer till the water reaches a cut off point, say 20C, shut down the computer and let it pull down the load again.
Think of it like a rechargeable battery, you have to first charge it, then you discharge it. Better yet buy your self or make your self a small chiller by modding an A/C. If dry ice is your only option then as above said, make a copper coil and pack dry ice around it and circulate your alcohol mix though that, you'll be getting way below ten C.
Sorry to sound harsh but you really have no idea what your dealing with do you? You are aware dry ice can cause sever cryo burns and is dangerous in untrained hands right? You are aware you must insulate every thing right? there is no clear see through insulation that you can afford so it will be black armaflex.
What is your schooling/training level? from there we can guide you based on what your knowledge is. All so what is your knowledge on water cooling & Chemicals used in low temp systems?

The freezing point of ethyl alcohol is -117.3C. so using it with dry ice you shouldn't have a problem about it freezing(shouldn't doesnt mean it wont)
May as well use acetone and remove any element of doubt. You would need to use the corect tubing, or metal pipework though.
I should have said that before

Nice pics metro! I have actually used a mix of denatured alcohol and water in the past. I had it in a cooler and threw dice in. The problem was I brought it too cold and the water started to gel. Maybe next time just the alcohol. A word of warning if using the denatured alchohol it should be done outside or with PLENTY of ventilation.
No point in using acetone, does more harm than good.
Methylated Spirits will work fine :)
Be sure to treat your tubing as fragile when it's cold!

ok. if I use mythlated spirits without the ice, would the system still be cold?

Are you saying you'd just use meths with no extra cooling of any sort? If so it will be warmer then water would be. Distilled water with a water wetting agent is the best coolant available to us.

You can, however, when I read your post I got the idea you planned a closed enviroment, and thats not a good idea, then you have "dry-ice-bomb", not a good idea, heh.. :)
