BOINC running on battery...

Anyone else run into the problem of BOINC continuing to crunch while a laptop is on battery despite the settings to the contrary? I have verified the .xml file IS set to ZERO for run on battery and it's running on battery anyway...

Do you have it set to "Run Always"?

boincmgr > activity > Run Based on preferences
Should fix it if so.

They are all set to Run Based on preferences. I have also tried overriding it on a couple and setting the "run on battery" check mark and then removing it. Makes no difference.

Strange, it works on my laptop. Maybe try deleting global_prefs_override.xml. Or whatever it's called.
