Best RAM for Overclocking?

What would be the best ram(Brand/speed)overclocking an amd system? I want to OC the FSB of a mobo to its max without going as far as volt modding the mobo etc. I know having quality ram is a must, so what is the best? Tell me from your experience :confused:

For AMD Corsair XMS or Kingston HyperX seem to be the best choice

For Amd i would go for some Kingston hyperX 4.5ns Or aa couple of winbond bh5 sticks.

For Intel i would get some OCZ gold 3700mem :toast:

Kingston and any nf2 with a crush 18d chip has some compatibility issues.

I recommend any bh-5 chip or OCZ el 3500.
