I bought a very unexpensive pair of Crucial Ballistix PC2-8500 on ebay (around 129Euros) since for me 680i still is my platform of choice (for a a simple reason: allow to play my favorite game with my pair of 8800Ultras) I decide to test it on a EVGA 680i SLi.
I used a E6700 air cooled, and 2.35 on VMem
I try to compare SuperPi and Everest Read results with exactly the same CPU speed but, of course, with diferent mem multipliers
Here are the results:
DDR2 1270 - 5-5-5-15

On a stock EVGA 680i I think the sticks can give a bit more with more voltage, but seems they tend to die with more voltage.
Anyway I find the results very good considering the low price of the sticks:up:
