Does this 4GB kit have Micron ICs? Also, what kind of overclock could I expect with the kit?

Mine is running at 870MHz at 2.0V. I have not had time to push higher, Tom's Hardware had it up to I believe 914MHz at 2.0V.

I was a bit curious because that kit is about $20 cheaper than 2 kits of G.Skill HZ and it leaves 2 DIMMs free :) I think I'll shoot for 850mhz - 900mhz.
