hi,

i have my new system running (Abit IC7-G, P4 3.0C)
it's currently running at 3300 MHz with 220 MHz, the problem is that my Corsair XMS3500 won't go anything higher than that
which RAM is the best at the moment for CW systems?

i thought about buying OCZ 3700 Gold but then figured out they're only available as 256MB modules :( need 1 GB though...

you just need more voltage :) i dont think theres any memory that does more than 240 with <3v at the moment. wouldnt buy new memory for 20mz...

Try setting your divider to 5:4 and even 3:2.. should help you get that fsb up :)

saaya, the ocz pc3700 gold apparently does 250mhz at 2-3-3-6-1 with 2.8-2.9v, but generaly yeah :/

AgentOrange Welcome to Xtreme forums !!! glad to see you here !;)

The Corsair XMS 3500 runs best on the CW boards with settings of 2-3-2-6. Try this and you will be able to move on with your fsb ! :)
