Well... there is an issue 256MB card X1900XT. it causes glitching and it has been suggested that it is buffer thrashing. Believe me the glitching makes the machine very iritating to use. Thats 256MB GDDR3 card i think.

I believe the 512MB card would be better because all the 256MB cards I've seen running the GPU client tend to glitch while running. The 512MB cards do not. IIRC though the X1900 series are all GDDR3 and the X1950 is GDDR4, aren't they? Or am I wrong on that?

My x1950 pro is GDDR3, AFAIK only the 1950 XTX was GDDR4
