I just bought the retail box version of Vista Ultimate.

Inside the retail box contains 2 disk of 32bit and 64bit version and when I follow the instruction to find the product key which is located on the back of the interior plastic case with the slide mechanism, I only found ONE label of the product key.

This makes me a bit confused. I know the advantages of retail box over OEM version but how the heck do you install both 32bit and 64bit copy at the same time on different machine with the same product key??

Can anyone please care to explain??

Thx :)

Only 1 at a time. Only advantage of retail over OEM is that the retail isn't locked to the hardware that you first activated on.

Thanks so much for your quick reply.
Yes indeed and that's the reason why I bought the retail version but OEM can also be done the same;)

You don't. You choose to install either 32 or 64 bit. You can use only one.
