My patriot module requires 35T for trc @ 500Mhz but i've 25T in bios as max value. Do other mobos have greater values than 25T? I don't get it!

Where did you get that info? tRC (Row Cycle Time) is normally equal to tRP+tRAS (Row Precharge + Row Access Strobe).
If your settings are, for example, 5-5-5-15 (CAS-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) then tRC should be 20 (5+15).

Are you sure you're not talking about a different type of latency?

It's on CPU-Z and Everest under Enhanced Performance Profile for DIMM modules.

Have you tested stabillity @25, you probably could go lower (17-19?) and with 500MHz this tRC timing alone improves performance alot, with more speed more improvement.

Test with Pi 4m
3D fps test with high resolution and max settings to see the difference.

Patriot 6400LLK 4-4-4-12 21Trc2.2v stock and @ 5-5-5-15 (TRC 35)stock, i use a TRC of 18 24/7..

5-5-5-8@2.2v TRC18....1000mhz

Also @994mhz and below you can run 4-4-4-6@2.2v 23TRC was needed for stability with 4gigs on the memory controler and 3.5ghz 6000+

still playing with this memory i want to get it as fast as 4-4-4-6 @1000mhz for gaming so im still tweaking , only have a 24 1mSp right now.

Even though i don't have that stick anymore generally i don't even think about going below 12 for tRAS. Does it really affect things much?
