Hey guys I am doing an overclock project and I was wondering the difference between the DFI Ultra-D and a DFI LANParty UT SLI-DR Expert

I have a 3800+ X2 Toledo and I maxed my current board FSB at 306, which is too low I need to get to 350+.
Is either one more capable than the other or is the only difference SLI?
