Windows loads.. but EVERYTHING is frozen?

I have been running my rig flawlessly for a few weeks, I got my cpu cooler back from RMA so I figure'd id oc it a bit. I got my E6600 to 3.3ghz at 1.375 volts (55c load) Everything worked fine.. so I figured i'd oc it a bit more ( Made the voltage 1.400 and FSB around 385. It didn't boot so I took the battery out for 10min. I put it back and and made everything back to stock and windows booted up... It loads but everything is frozen... like I can't do anything.


Any ideas? I'm thinking my windows got currupted or something.
