View Full Version : ABIT AN8 Ultra Release 20 - Some options not working

The following features seem to be not working at all:
-CPU Ref Voltage (Doesn't do anything)
-DDR Ref Voltage (Doesn't do anything)
-Idle Cycle Limit (Changing the value doesn't do anything, stays at 16 clks according to A64Tweaker)
-Dynamic Idle Cycle Counter (Disabling doesn't do anything)
-Read to Write Delay (Changing apparently doesn't do anything to the value)

These features don't work "properly":
-Max Async Latency (Actual value sets to the (set value - 2), ex: set to 10ns, it actually sets to 8ns, according to A64Tweaker)

Any chance of these being fixed?

Maybe the Bios chip is faulty? Try going to release 19, only had problems with 20. For 20, everytime that I tried to get into the uGuru overclock utility, the board would freeze.

So you are saying those options worked perfectly fine for you?

I'm on modded Release 20 (tictac & RebelsHaven). They never worked on any BIOS, as far as I'm aware of.

the same options were broken on my board with rev20 - the RH/TicTac bios is broken also.

Oh, no, just version 20 never worked for me. Could you link me the modded v20?
Also, what does it have changed?

They added new memory dividers, and added the 200 MHz 15.6u tref and 16x R/W Queue Bypass tweak. Also a newer NVRAID software.
