What would be better? the superclocked or the Ultra in this scenario?

Obviously go with the Ultra if it's only $10 more. New core stepping is best if you are going to OC it, plus it's already got speedier core and ram.

Well before I click buy. Does the Ultra overclock well? or does the GTX overclocked outperform the Ultra?
