At the moment I have a Black Ice GTX240 and was just wondering about the benefits of moving up to a larger size, both in temps and other factors.
The way I understand it the main advantage to a big rad is having slower RPM fans so it's quieter than a 240, but is there any worthwhile decrease in temps?
I know a few people have upgraded from 240, so I'm interested to hear their reasons and if the extra cost was worth it for them.
I don't use a CPU Block, I just have 2 8800GTX and a small block to cool the 680i northbridge.
As well as the Black ICe GTX480 I was looking at this beast: http://www.moddersmart.com/index.php?target=products&product_id=138#15 Don't know which is better.
Thanks.
