Computer test bed casing?

I'm trying to find one of those motherboard test bed things. It's like a flat motherboard plate with the screw holes for motherboard spacers that I can mount a motherboard to maybe with a fan on the bottom or something. Is it cheap (like 40 dollars shipped?) and Do you guys know where I could find one?
