Hello. I was wondering what are the best stores where you can get a wide variety of specific electrical parts at a decent price. Parts like: small potentiometers, from regular to very small LED's of various colors, resistors, tinny click or tap buttons, small switches, etc.

Anyone? So far MCMaster (www.mcmaster.com/) could be a store, but I was hopping someone here could enlighten me with new options :D

Radioshack?
FrozenCPU.com also has some switches, LEDs and other assorted items.

I've been to a few local Radiochack's , but their switches and potentiometers were bulky and I didn't find much on LEDs. I also tried Fry's Electronics, but with a similar situation. I need something more specific; like a site where a PCB builder would go :p:

You might find what you need from one of these sites....all good to deal with, btw:
Allied Electronics (http://www.allliedelec.com/)
Circuit Specialists (http://www.circuitspecialists.com/)
Action Electronics (http://www.action-electronics.com/index.htm)

Mouser (http://www.mouser.com/index.cfm?handler=home)
Jameco (http://www.jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StoreCatalogDisplay?storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&langId=-1)
Digi-Key (http://www.digikey.com/)
Allied (http://www.alliedelec.com/)
Those are where I get all my parts for amps, and where my dad gets all his parts for his business. They are all reliable and all have good prices.
BTW C'DaleRider... your Allied link went to a different site.

Awesome sites. Thanks.
Now I have to figure out which potentiometers to use to control my SanAce fans and how to build a lighting setup with LEDs :p:

Hello again.
I have a quick question about the potentiometer I should be using.
I want to use a potentiometer to control either 4 San Ace fans individually or all 4 with one potentiometer.
I want to control these fans with just potentiometers, since I don't know how some of the circuit parts used on fan controllers work. Can someone help me?
I also dont know what I should be looking for in a potentiometer. I think each potentiometer has to have 100 Ohms per fan, but I dont know what it should be for all 4 fans in parallel. I also dont know what the power means.
Here are the specs from the SanAce fans:
