tv tuner!!

need help:

1) i need a digital (uk) tv tuner card
2) i need a remote control
3) i need it to be compatible with windows xp home edition

Analog and digital ins, Compatible with Home edition, comes with a fairly good remote, works pretty well and you can record in many different bitrates depending on the quality you want. Highest is 12mbps I think though.
