Hey guys..

Im about to order a new CPU this weekend, Im not quite sure which one to get, as for games, it wont matter, as the speed will be more then efficient, however, I think 4ghz phasecooled on a quad is possible, and 4.5 on dual, however, the quadcore Im considering is the Xeon 3210, a CPU with only 8x multiplier, thereby 4.5-5ghz WONT be realistic even with LN2, while til E6700 will probaly break 5ghz without much trouble...

But...
5ghz DUAL
vs.
4ghz QUAD
for 05, which is the benchmark I wanna reach 30000 marks in with a HD2900XT... Whats my choice?

To my knowledge there is no difference between quad and dual-core in 3DMark05

Only 06 benefits from quad.
