27" dell monitor

i have a question maybe you guys here can help me with

i have two 27" monitors powered by an 8800gtx,i set it up in a way that i can watch tv on one monitor with with media center and do my other stuff on the other monitor which has so far been going good but this is the problem;once i have the media center to full screen,i can't do anything on the other monitor-the mouse wont move to the other monitor when you have media center at full screen mode.Is there something i'm doing wrong or is this how it's suppose to work?

It's gotten to the point i wanted to return one of the monitors since it isn't working the way i want it

that's the limitation of having 2 screens, the only way you could still work was if you just stretched the video to the screen rather than full screening it...
