No post after restart

I've had my pc running 24/7 for the past 2 weeks without any problems. It was only until today that I restarted the pc and now it won't post.

I have only reset the CMOS and it didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated

System specs

Asus P5W64 Pro
E6600 @3.6ghz
2 x 1GB CellShock PC2-8000 4-4-4-12
XFX 8800GTS 320GB
Silverstone 850W psu

System is watercooled - temps have never been over 55 under heavy loads.

try a cheap stick of low voltage ddr2. i bet those ceellshocks are not getting enough juice at default.

Thanks jimmyz, I'll get some cheap ddr2 memory and pci-e video card. Its frustrating when you have 2 systems, one with ddr memory and agp and the other ddr2 and pci-e, both not swappable. It still doesn't make sense that it was working until I rebooted the system.
