Some small condenser. Pecomark AT-12.
Spire 220v fan 165cfm.
Vapochill evap&enclouser (like customer wanted)

r507
Papst 220v fan 170cfm
Gas high presure liquid viewer.
1,2m of flex line.
Here some pics of the system in the case, and nice hard that the customer have to be cooled;)

And Big bestias XEvipius single stage. Xevipius was testing the amnesiax system and in the same day he wants the most powerfull SS that can I create;) Lets go then:
The first attempt:
danfoss sc18cl compressor.
Big condenser 1,1KW.
Dimas V5 evap & enclouser.
SLHX 2meters 1/4 in and 1/2 out.
http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/2518/fotos3005co8.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
http://img74.imageshack.us/img74/4452/fotos3008hs1.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
the system have some bad temps, I have changed the filter and the cappilar and continues having soo high temps, and we decide to don't put the SLHX.

http://img260.imageshack.us/img260/1684/img1548wo5.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Then i will shout the testing pics of the SS and some waterchiller for the 975X from the abit;)
First insulation:

glad to see a 18 yr old producing neat units
can u pleas report temps @ 125watt ?
In the first system I have put the resistor but in the second the customer wants to optimiz the gas charge for his e6600 and sincerly i have forgot to take some pics of the bios temp, couse the second system havnt got no controller.

Some good and pretty engish teatcher;)
And some good friendly frigorist;)

Yes I've had some practise cos I have created 2 or 3 units for my finish school project;) And a frigorit friend have helped me to learn;)

To be 18 years old and putting out work like this is Awsum stuff
Do you know somone in the Electrical Refridge industry how got you involved into all of this ?
How does a 18 yr old gather all of this Knowledge and get it all to work so fine ?
Great Stuff mate im sure your going to make a lot of new friends

Why did you use a SLHX here? More over why did you put it just before the succion connector? You won't have any margin with a SLHX at this place and It won't help anything.
The two other systems look weel, nice job ;)

Many thanks to dimas and little devil. they give me some parts like cases, evaps and condensers;) Now i'm developing a new ultra controller with some amazin price;) 5 proves, USB, and more;) i'll make some post to show us;)
Very impressive dude. hope to see some load temps on the SC18 unit. :D
I havent no gas, ad i'm waiting for 12kg of r402a to test this system;) i think that will be a very excelent cooler, and will push xevipius e6700 with some p3k or with some good p5b at 5000 or more;) we'll see;)

Yes one frigorist helps me some times ago with the school final project, and after that i begin to do this systems;)

I put the SLHX near the sucction conector because there was no liquid retunr to the compresor, but i dont know why the system only goes under -45 and without nothing and without some gas, the system was -55... i think that i did something wrong:S what do you think that i'll have to do in next systems?

jejeje Dimas thanks for all;) i'm working on these units, i think that next weekend i'll have the silver one done;) and the window one will be later with some light and others;) we'll see too;) i have to make the controller post;) you'll be amazed;)

If you wanna put a slhx (what I will never advise you to put seen the gas you use) put it where there is liquid return, so just after the flex line. You're lucky using it with a powerfull compressor, I've seen lots of people using it with nl11f ... . SLHX is useless until the compressor you're running with isn't able to carry a decent load (~250-300w). When you use SLHX, you want to run out of specs, which means you're using an amount of power to reach some very low temperature. So if you're compressor isn't able to give you flood back at the temperature you're aiming at, don't put the slhx, you will use a part of the power for nothing because you'll have to increase the floodback for the SLHX beeing frost, and if you do that you increase the working pressures (especially the succion pressure) so you use an amount of you're energy to help the gas being condensed, but in the same time you increase the evaporating temperature.
SLHX can be use with powerfull Rotary and R410a, because you don't need all the power the rotary can give you, and R410a is harder to condense than others gases, you help it to condense and so the compression ratio (which is very important) decrease. (it decrease on others systems too, but the BP increase :/)

Great work SaNxU! But on that big single-stage unit... are you feeding the captube through its own insulation line? If so you should wrap it round the suctionline!

Jejeje, sorry fo the smiley but its like a tik that i have. Yeah the captube its arround the suction line, but when i have firslty put the SLHX I have put the cap tube arround the SLHX.
jejeje your age are extremely impresive;) cascade at 16 its very impresive.
