I want to run a E6600 @ 3.2 or more if possible . I need to make sure that its stable for Gaming and Daily use , if this is too much please let me know. It's not a budget board so choose a good quality one please . I would also to know if Super Talent sells quality ram. I was thinking of just grabbing 4GB sticks of that ram rather than grabbing some Corsair 2GB's .

ASUS Commando or DFI DARK , almost the same OC performance. but Commando give better functionality.

Tuniq tower 120 or thermalright Ultra-120 xtreme

Yep their RAM is very good , as it name imply. but you better buy a pair,2GBx2 or 1GBx2 , not a single big 4GB

Commando FTW!

You also asked what type of cooler you should run, first you should ask yourself if you want to run air or water?

And on the RAM, what OS are you running will determine the amount of RAM, and really, if your just gaming, 2gb should be plenty enough. Anyone else want to piggy back on that?

4Gb for vista is needed, but it can reduce potential overclock.

2gb's x 2 is better for vista right, I just picked up a Tuniq too about a week ago but it hasn't got here yet

2GB is more than enough, and with the prices falling down, you can get a top of the line DDR2 1066 kit for about $150 or less.

Check buy.com for Crucial's Ballistix tracer RAM DDR2 1000mhz for $150
