Dude, the 85 deg juct temp is the thermal cut-off for your proc. Your idle temp look great. What is the problem?

if your asking what TJ is then it is the temp that if it is reached the computer should shut down

That's not a temp your processor is running at

It's the maximum temp that intel recommend the processor runs at for safe operation:)
