What version are you using? 2 instances of 20060420 should do. Have you tried prime95 v252?

I'm using the new P95 v25.1 for Quad cpu's, you can set on how much core to run (I think better then Orthos), here is the download link (http://www.octeam.fr/news/software/prime95-v25.1-20060910683.html).

I use orthos in two different folders, and manually set affinity for each instance:

How do you set affinity??

Right click on the ORTHOS.exe process in Task Manager, then go down to Set Affinity.

Let one instance use two cores, and the second instance use the other two cores.

Thank you for reply. I am running 4x P95 at the moment.

2 orthos sounds liek a lot of work ... just do 4xSP2004 or P95

Actually would be easier then setting up 4 separate folders, then stating 4 different instance. Next go round it will be Orthos for me.

I just use P95 v25.1 (http://www.octeam.fr/news/software/prime95-v25.1-20060910683.html). You can specify how many threads for it to create.
