*Edit its a P5B-Deluxe*
Pretty much what the title says, I'll be building a computer for a family I know, and I'm hoping to hit this and leave it alone.
Also budgetwise is it better to get say a 4300 or a 4400?

I'd say pretty easy (cuz i have that combo), even with a bad batch (44G in my case).I see that you have Pencil modded your P5B so 3.2ghz is not hard. If you happen to have a bad batch cpu then you'll just have to deal with running it with alot of vcore (mine is running at 1.49v@3.2ghz).

3.2 should be a breeze :)

Ok awesome, do you think it will be stable enough that I can just set and then forget about it? Or should I run Orthos to be safe? Becuase since I'm building it for someone else, I won't be able to mess with it whenever it breaks.
