CELLSHOCK Rams get 7 WR with SINGLE 8800GTX...

Done with CellShock PC2-8000 (1000C4) 2 x 1GB Ram Modules....
I HAD to give some credit to CellShock rams though coz they did well I think....No?....:D :toast:

EDIT: Continue with CellShocks PC-9200 Ram modules with the RED heatspreaders.... :)

Benchies where done with the following:

CPU = Intel Core 2 Duo X6800 retail (631)
Motherboard = ABIT AW9D-MAX (the IC7 follower as for me) with the new BETA bios for the QUAD Cores... :)
Ram Modules = 2 x 1GB PC2-8000 (1000C4) CELLSHOCKS
PSU = SEVENTEAM 1000Watts Model: ST-1000E-AZ - it can HANDLE a QUAD core @ 5100MHz fully loaded and a VGA highly clocked and MORE. ;)
VGA = 8800GTX - moded - with new NVIDIA drivers 158.19
CPU Cooling = LN2 with Gorillakos' LN2 container at -137*C
GPU(VGA) Cooling = LN2 with k|np|in's Tek-9 LN2 container at - 124*C
Tools = DDR Maximizer powering the Ram modules at 2.81Vdimm
Many 12cm x 12cm Delta fans... :D

Single VGA gets higher numbers in CH, LH than SLI.....plus these drivers are GOOD.....I couldn't believe that they could push even CH and LH, but they did after all.... :)

Yes I have read it..... ;) :D I use "water buffer" for the container and it holds the difference between idle and load within 2 - 5(max) *C...... ;)
Rams are maxed out.....They can do about 455MHz Cas 3-3-3-4 for Super-Pi only......esdee has puted his hand on them, that's why..... :p:

Yeap...... 400MHz Cas 3-2-2-2 equals with 437 - 440MHz Cas 3-3-3-x.....SO if I could play my Fatties at 417MHz, I had to play the GKX at ~470MHz with Cas 3-3-3-x....;)

I had the QUAD (Gorillakos') at 3930MHz with the Striker, 3890MHz with the EVGA and 4000MHz+ with the IN9......SAME config all of them..... ;)

1. ALL of the benchies in 2k1 is with 4.8 LOD
2. Order:
a. Nature FIRST
b. Lobby Low 2nd
c. Car High 3rd
d. Dragon Low 4th
e. Lobby High 5th
e. Dragon High 6th
f. Car Low 7th and you know....re-run and re-run till it goes higher.... :)

TIP: Format PRIOR the instalation of the WinXP, the HD as FAT32 with 16K cluster size.... and when the instalation begins, don't change it..... ;)
I used Western Digital's tools to do so.... :) plus use the NEW directX.... ;)

I had a 2k6 benchie past week but it was done on my "general usage HD" with 100MHz PCI-E and QUAD at 5GHz all cores..... ;) I'll rebench it "real" tomorrow..... ;) :D

That's a very interesting order...btw low CAS is fine on i965, its low tRCD that isn't. IMHO in the end both high lats and low lats are strong, they just have to be pushed properly. Lots of performance can be extracted from just about any config.

Actually 2K6 gave me a REAL PAIN in the arss coz when it finished and showing the score, the computer frozed.... :( I let it go in noon to do some work and afterwards when I was relaxed and not p(r)issed off, I benched the wPrime 1024 to see how can this QUAD do and I think I took the World Record for the QUADs!.....No?.....

Afterwards I say to my shelf: why don't I bench PCMark2005 too?.....Firstly I benched it with the GeForce 8800GTS on air and at 675/975.....It was something like 18996.....I then fired up the 8800GTX under LN2 to see how it does.....and THERE YOU GO......ANOTHER World Record..... :D

After that and half an hour ago, I said to myshelf: Now that the system is under LN2 why don't I try 2k6 once more?.....So I did.....I "controled" the CPU at the last bench at -155*C and THERE YOU GO.....ANOTHER World Record..... :D

This CPU has more potential.... ;)
