Multiplier management in Windows?

Hello all,

I own the BadAxe2 now, which does not lend itself well to changing multipliers in the BIOS. :P

Does anyone know of a utility that allows you to change the multiplier in Windows that works? I attempted to do it through CrystalCPUID, but this did not work.

CrystalCPUid should work fine.
From which menu entry did you try altering your CPU Multiplier ?
there are two ways as far as I remember, and only one of the two works.
