Finally went blue.
picked this chip up at my work E6600 B2 L630 A838
i looked at the chart, and it looks like i struck gold.
it was an openbox chip, so i was a bit worried. but its working fine, and the bit of overclocking ive done seems good at low vcore.
if you get a chance to check a frys location. go early in the morning, and ask the cage person to bring out any open box 6600's. normally they have been sitting in the cage for months on end. so your chances are good on still getting a good stepping
