Anyone have a good vCore Droop Mod for the p5wdh?

All the stuff I have found does not explain in good detail what to pencil, or what to solder, or it's in Portuguese :)

Either a Pencil Mod or Solder Mod...no matter.

Something with Directions, not just pics.
