We know 8800GTS reference spec is :
CoreClock : 500MHz
ShaderClock : 1200MHz
MemClock : 1600MHz

and now my Overclocking Result is Here :

CoreClock : 575MHz
ShaderClock : 1350MHz
MemClock : 1800MHz

yes its unmodded and running with stock aircooling temps never go higher than 90C with auto fan
you can find 165.01 in guru3d forum ;)

Is there anyway to use the IN-OS flasher like the guy on nvbios? I have a floppy drive somewhere...just so lazy ya know? lol

5% voltage increment = @ 690/2000Mhz @ 1.4V vs 1.26V stock (630/2000Mhz) both Vertex 1350Mhz @ GTX

Its Trimmer potentiometer 20kOHM or 500OHM

So raising the shader clock makes this thing run almost similer to a GTX ? Asside from the less stream processors

Adjusting the shader clock makes it run faster, though the behaviour of this card in games/benchmarks does not change to that of a GTX. GTX has more memory AND more shaders which dramaticly has its influence once you start to game at HD quality. A 3D Mark score doesn't say how good a card is ingame.

I also played a bit with my eVGA 8800GTS 640...
here are some scores...i believe they are pretty nice..
the benches were made with the stock cooler of the 8800 and with Win xp 32 sp2 - 158.19 drivers.

I think with a block you ill be able to run @ 675/1728 at all 3dmarks.

ok..the block is on (eleven universal) and the 1st result to come is from 06.
E6600 @ 3700mhz / 8800 @ 675/1728/2106..
the card maxed at around 50-51C..
no compare link for obvious reasons...
