:p: my 2pcs 8800gtx on pots now, so use a G7950GX2 for comparison test :D

Vic, I had same results as you

Good work, Victor :)
For 440 3-2-2 1T on 680i you need:
1. 2.7V+
2. Golden fatbodies
3. Hipro maximizer
Am I right? :p:

IMHO, such a speed is flat out impossible.
I think he run 430 or at least mentioned 430 to be possible. I forgot what volts were needed though, could be 3V+

That'd have to be 2T I'd imagine, and they generally stop responding to voltage past 2.7...but perhaps I'm underestimating the magic hipro can work with the fatties. :D

lol....even 3-3-2-x is impossible for my ram>ddr2-800, add vdimm make the system unstable.
maybe it's the mobo's problem.
I can run ddr2-1200 @ 2.475v~2.5v, but when > 2.525v, it becomes unstable.
will check out on a nv's refference board later.
to pedro,
thx to move it here :D

Ehhmmmm........You ALWAYS FORGET to play at 1:1 and ONLY.....When you play anything else except 1:1, then the chipset adds by itself more internal latency within it and the rams so to "handle them".......
By playing at 1:1 , you get the LESS internal latency.....This is happening NOT only at one particular chipset but in ALL of them (975, 965?(investigating) , 680)...... ;)
PLAY ONLY AT 1:1
For example: Play at 451MHz x 8 multi and at 1:1 and THEN tell me about it..... ;) :p:
IF your rams or your chipset can't handle it, then try you tests at higher frequency (3800 or 3900MHz) so to keep the x9 multi with a good fsb and at 1:1....... ;)

I had benched 3D at 430MHz with Cas 3-2-2-4 (429MHz with the 975 and 431MHz with the 680)..... :)

this is 1:1, but I'll try higher fsb later :D

You have to play over 430MHz 1:1 with Cas 3-3-3-x......and 400MHz with fatties at cas 3-2-2-x... ;) :)

george, I run 3dm2k05
(with E6700+2x8800GTX SLI on BFG 680i mobo)
400x8 1:1 3.3.3. 1t = 21038
400x8 4.3.3 2t = 21226
430 Mhz 1:1 3.3.3 is not achievable here on my rig....and I don't think my D9 gmh will run @ 400 3.2.2
...perhaps this is where my limits are towards your "1:1 school" ?

What Rams do you have that they can't do 430MHz and 1:1 Cas 3-3-3-x....?.....
1T or 2T?
Of course 1T...... ;) :)
