i try booting and after the splash screen it bsod's saying a registry file is missing, corrupt, or not writable. what command in the recovery console on the disk would fix this?

no luck for me, guess i should have only done the software one, because after rebooting it told me my password didnt match the value etc and i couldnt change it cuz in the recovery console it asks for ps, i didnt have a ps but it needed one. formatted....
