Ok so I would really like to build a waterchiller but I dont have the equipment to build a proper one and an AC unit dunked into a cooler does not sound all that apetizing.
So I figure I could comision someone to build a chiller unit for me.
Id like to know how much it would cost me to comision someone to build me one.
The specifics are that it must be decently silent unit and be capable of cooling a quad core as well as a single gpu and chipset adequetly.
Id like a below 0c load and the further down the better but this is going to be a 24/7 unit so silence is a must. Size is also a issue somewhat, it need to be no biger than a midtower atx case.
I would also like some form of a controller to controll water temps in it.
Is it even pheasable?
thoughts or coments before I go and comision someone. Also can anyonerecomend me someone respectable?

Feasible Yes
Costly most likely
Lower you go more power it will eat.

so what am I looking at spending?
If its in the stratosphere then I may as well get a direct die unit for the chip and water for the rest.

I think this should be in the for sale section. Discution of prices and things is not allowed in the open forum.
I think a chiller like this will cost as much as a direct die system if its going to be custom made.
Making it quiet and fitting into an atx case will be difficult as well.

Best thing to do is PM a few guys that are in your area for price and spec, look at who is best suited to your needs as well.

i doubt a dual compressor system would fit in a midtower atx case

I did not realize discussing prices was not allowed in the forum. I just wanted to see what the cost would be. I would not do business in the open forum either.
thanks for the heads up guys.
At least does anyone know of a decent builder around ny or US area? Anyone have ever used any of these guys?
