I have a 939 AMD Athlon 64 4000+ on an ASUS A8N5X Mobo

And I have a $10-15 budget.

Could you tell me which HSF would cool best out of these.

RAIDMAX RC-018 80mm Ball CPU Cooler - Retail (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835194002)

MASSCOOL 5F531B1M3CG 80mm Ball CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink - Retail (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835150059)

GIGABYTE GH-ED821-LC 94 mm Ball CPU Cooler - Retail (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16835128007)

Seems to me the raidmax is the best because it's 39.8 CFM @ 3000 RPM

well first off you cannot determine how good a heatsink is from how much air is pushed... because its a heatsink

and also you should save a little more money because none of those are much better then stock heatsink from what i know.

and last - this belongs in air cooling

Hard to say, I doubt there are many on XS who'd have used any of those coolers - people here tend to get higher end ones. Have you tried just looking for reviews of cheap coolers?

The only one there that can barely even be called a heatsink is the gigabyte.

The cheapest hs that can cool good enough i know is Arctic cooling freezer 64 pro. You can buy it on newegg.com for 29.99$.
