having troubles installing windows on new build....

ok i got it to atleast start up....

its really really slow though...

it gets to windows install but when i push enter to install windows it just stays at "examining 70905 mb disk 0 at id 0 on bus 0 on atapi" and just stays there for a long time

is it freezing on this everytime because somethings wrong with my HD...or what?
its been on that part for like 10 mins now and hasnt moved....

ok well i upped the voltage to 2.13V from 1.85V and i got all the way to the create partition part of the install before it froze....

any ideas?

i'm hoping u know how to set drive settings? you got the ide, or sata connector all the way in? right setting? i.e. c: is master d: is slave so on so forth

well i just have 1 sata HD and then a cdrom....does the cdrom need to be put in slave....even though its not on the same connection?
