I don't have any experience with the ECS board but the eVGA and the BFG board are the same board. When you run CPUZ on the BFG board it says manufacturer eVGA and they are identical. The BFG board has BFG stickers over the nVidia markings on all of the heatsinks. So the BFG and eVGA board are the same board. I have personally got 450 mhz FSB on the BFG in my shop for a couple of customers both linked and unlinked. You just need to make sure you are getting good memory. I would say that on your sig it will look better if you get the eVGA though. The brand stands a little higher than BFG with gamers.

None of the above. Get the 650i mobo or wait for 680i LT.

i take that you are looking for a mobo for overclocking... right?
if so i've been more than happy with my EVGA board. it OC's like grazy.

if so i've been more than happy with my EVGA board. it OC's like grazy. The EVGA and XFX boards - all of the 680i ones - use the reference board design...no different in oc capability between them.
Again, if you stable and reliable performance, go for 650i based mobo...the best one right now being this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131153
If you prefer to wait, the DFI P965 UT will do 550 fsb easy.

Yes it is. I'd recommend Intel Bad Axe 2. Asus P5N-E SLI is good too if you don't need more than 4xsata ports.
PS. Perkam fix the link :)

about the LT being better. as far i know it's just came out, so i havent seen any reviews so far, might be a good thing to wait a while and see how it performs compared to the 680i and the new dfi board.
