What makes STALKER beat BF2 ?

I love BF2 with or with out expansions but I know stalker looked like a hella game. So you guys have had hands on and 2 patches later what do you think makes it better then BF2? I do have plans to buy it once I quit spending money on CPU's for WCG but then you all know how that goes :stick: Just wondering.

If it lasts for 2years+, gets over 100,000 registered accounts and they can stop the models jumping all over the place....guys appearing & dissapearing, aswell as the ability to drive vehicles, then I reckon it'll be better than BF2.

There is some truth in that.

With STALKER, you must have pin-point aim, fast reflexes, knowledge weapons and maps.
In BF2 you still must have all these things however it is on a much larger scale which makes it less important. Lets face it STALKER is CS wrapped up in pretty. BF2 and CS different due to many reasons and they carry on into stalker.

I prefer STALKER because it is what I have done for 8 years, just pretty and with an actual hit-box unlike CS:Source (sorry but I hate that game). So really it is only what you prefer neither is better.

Stalker is nice Online but it has problems when it comes to aiming,they wanted it to make it close to reality but there isn't one single reason why when you shoot with the shotgun at someone at very close distance they shouldn't be on their knees or when you have to make double headshot with the pistol so that your enemy dies + other problems so yes Battlefield 2 is for me better.

i dont think either game is with worth the time or money.

stalker had its time 2 years ago when it was supposed to come out.

now? its old and yesterdays news.
there is nothing neat, cool, innovative, or good about the game, its stupid and sucks.

BF2,,, well,, the idea is nice, but in reality,,, it doesnt work. and has way too many issues

i cant believe anyone would compare stalker to CS, ther eis absolutely no similarities between the 2,, none at all.

stalker was forced out the door,, finances, programmers coming and going, and a demand from the people upstairs that they get some return on their investment.

sorry to say that it will never happen. stalker was doomed form the start, they made claims and hyped it so much that it was doomed from the start.

try the demo,,,, and decide for yourself, but anyone who claims stalker is better. well,, maybe you outa try playing some Rainbow 6, and not just Vegas, but the ones before it too.....

well i've never played bf2, but i play cs1.6 competitively and i gotta say cs1.6 still > stalker. I like stalker as well. Hell, i pwn at the game (ask viper :P) but for a competitive game, it's just like counter strike source, a bit too much eye candy.
